  • Items significantly different from description
  • Wrong items shipped by our error

  • Custom or personalized pottery items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Products returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@clayfable.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide Details: Order number, photos of damaged/defective items
  3. Return Authorization: We'll provide return instructions and shipping label
  4. Package Securely: Use original packaging and pack items carefully
  5. Ship Back: Use our prepaid shipping label for eligible returns
  6. Processing: Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Fragile Items:

Pottery items are fragile by nature. We pack all items with extreme care using protective materials. If items arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging before unpacking further.

Custom Orders:

Custom pottery pieces made to your specifications are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. Please review custom orders carefully before confirming.

Before shipping, every item undergoes quality checks:

  • Visual inspection for cracks or defects
  • Proper firing and finishing verification
  • Secure packaging with protective materials
